Step 1: Send the referral
Use our referral form, or call the front desk. A note from your office is enough to start.

Step 2: We reach the family
Our front desk calls the family, checks benefits and finds a time that works after school. A physical therapist who works with children then sees the child, with a parent in the room.

Step 3: A note back to you
With the family's permission, we send you a short note after the first visit and tell you if we think another doctor should look.
