The people who treat your child

Three physical therapists share the mat. Each of your child's visits is with a physical therapist.

  • Roberto Menchaca, a physical therapist in a navy polo, leans on a padded treatment table in a bright clinic gym

    Roberto Menchaca

    Physical Therapist and founder

    • Physical Therapist · UT Lic. 000000

Roberto started the clinic and sees many of the children who come in for toe-walking. He explains each game to the parent in the room, so the same play carries on at home.

  • Vijay Dhawan, a physical therapist in a navy polo, kneels beside a patient holding a green resistance band in a bright clinic gym

    Vijay Dhawan

    Physical Therapist

    • Physical Therapist · UT Lic. 000000

Vijay works with young athletes and with children who tire early. He keeps the plan short and the games simple enough to repeat on a school night.

  • Mya Trammell, a physical therapist in a teal polo, stands beside exercise balls in a bright clinic gym

    Mya Trammell

    Physical Therapist

    • Physical Therapist · UT Lic. 000000

Mya treats children who trip, bump into things or find stairs and balls hard. She builds obstacle paths from whatever is in the room and lets the child lead.

How we work

With you in the room and your pediatrician in the loop

Parents see every game and hear every reason for it. With your permission, we send a short note to your pediatrician after the first visit, and we say if we think another doctor should look.

  • Each therapist explains what they see in plain words

  • A parent stays for the whole visit

  • Notes go to your pediatrician only with your permission

Children seen from behind sit at a long low table doing a craft while a grown-up bends beside them

Meet us at a first visit

A first visit is a good way to meet your therapist, and your child can say hello first.
